1. Payment Methods

Baby Bitz accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and digital payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

2. Billing Information

Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information. Providing false or incorrect billing information may result in order cancellation.

Baby Bitz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Currency

All prices listed on our website are displayed in GBP (£). Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees for international transactions.

4. Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing order details.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@bitz.baby.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
