1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer a refund, replacement, or delayed shipment.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout:

  • Free Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days (Β£15)
The shipping cost shown is final.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind

Returns accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days. Customers prepay shipping; if approved, costs are reimbursed. Processing takes up to 7 business days and may result in:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

4. Delivery Terms

Domestic (UK): Handling 1–3 business days; Economy 5–8 days (Free); Standard 3–4 days (Β£15).
International: Currently, shipping is within the UK only.
Address changes allowed before dispatch. Out-of-stock items handled with replacement, refund, or restock options. Contact us for delivery delays.

5. Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

6. Damaged Parcels

7. Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes. No hidden charges.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. After shipment, refer to our Returns Policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss or damage. Confirmed lost or damaged parcels will be replaced or refunded.
